Sashimi Omakase Platter

This is one of our signature platters, reflecting our dedication to seasonality and freshness.

A curated selection of 8 or more types of sashimi — including favorites such as Bluefin tuna, Salmon, and Scallop, along with seasonal white fish, Shimesaba (vinegared mackerel), Ikura, shellfish, and more. The platter is presented on a bed of grated radish and includes sweet broiled shiitake, decorative carrot, ginger, shiso leaves, soy sauce, fresh wasabi; as well as six delicious "chukanmaki" rolls.

Our platters are packaged in simple disposable serving boxes made from sustainable wood. Traditional wooden serving platters are also available — please enquire via WhatsApp.
