If we reach capacity for a day, that date will be blocked from further pre-orders. We recommend ordering early within the 10–0 day window.

We do not offer delivery.

Prices and availability may vary with market conditions, but once paid, your order total will not change.

Pick-up time: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
(Store closes at 8:00 pm)

You can inspect your products

You may add items — sushi, crab, wines, sake — from our shop if you wish
Please note that during peak hours, there may be a short waiting time before collection.

Our Niseko Hirafu storefront stocks a selection of sushi, seafood, crab, wines, and sake available daily from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Just walk in and choose from our displays.
