Terms & Conditions (Important)

1. Customers will pick up order by 8PM latest. If they fail to do so, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund. (We advise against ordering for the day of arrival due to the potential for delays.)

2. Customers cannot cancel their order within three days (72hrs) of the specified collection date/time.

3. Customer acknowledges that the contents of the platters may vary depending on the availability of seafood, and agrees that Ezo Seafoods is authorized to substitute any item with similar-quality and -value alternatives.

4. Ezo Seafoods reserves the right to cancel the order at its own discretion. If this occurs the customer is entitled to a full refund.

5. If customer has borrowed a wooden platter from Ezo Seafoods it must be returned the following day.
