Terms & Conditions (Important)条款与条件(重要)

1. Customers must pick up their orders by 8pm. If they fail to do so, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund. (We advise against ordering for the day of arrival due to the potential for delays.)顾客必须在晚上8点前取货。如果未能按时取货,将视为取消订单且不予退款。(我们建议避免在到达当天下单,以免因延误导致问题。)

2. Customers cannot cancel their order within three days (72hrs) of the specified collection date/time. We will not issue refunds for orders cancelled within three days. 客户不能在指定的取货日期/时间的三天(72小时)内取消订单。对于在两天内取消的订单,我们将不予退款。

3. Customer acknowledges that the contents of the platters may vary depending on the availability of seafood, and agrees that Ezo Seafoods is authorized to substitute in their discretion any item with similar-quality and -value alternatives. 顾客确认拼盘内容可能会因海鲜供应情况而有所变化,并同意Ezo Seafoods有权自行决定用质量和价值相近的替代品替换任何食材。

4. Ezo Seafoods reserves the right to cancel the order at its own discretion. If this occurs the customer is entitled and will receive a full refund. Ezo Seafoods保留自行决定取消订单的权利。如果发生这种情况,顾客有权获得全额退款。

5. If customer has borrowed a wooden platter from Ezo Seafoods it must be returned the following day. 如果顾客从Ezo Seafoods借用了木质拼盘,必须在次日归还。
