Refund policy

REFUNDS

1. You can cancel your order with full refund of YEN AMOUNT up to 3 days in advance (72 hours). If you cancel within 3 days we will not issue a refund. 

2. If we cancel your order for any reason we will issue a refund of YEN AMOUNT in full immediately. 

3. If you find a problem with the product after you have left the store please contact us the same day to raise the issue. Upon reviewing the situation we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 4. We stand by the quality of the products we sell and in principle will not refund if customers make claims about the quality of the product.
