A selection of premium bluefin tuna sourced from the cold waters of northern Honshu, featuring 70 grams each of lean Akami, medium-fat Chutoro, rich, high-fat Otoro, and the ever-popular Negitoro.

Served with fresh wasabi and soy sauce, this tasting is ideal for two to three people to share, especially alongside other dishes.
