GRADE 1 Hokkaido Uni is sourced from the Shiretoko (RAOSU, HANASAKI, NEMURO) coastline during winter. One tray is approx 150gms and is graded by color, size of the roe and taste. It has a delicate fluffy texture with a savory flavor that envelops the mouth with flavor. The Uni we sell will be the highest grade available on that day in Hokkaido.
