Sushi Roll and Uni Party Platter

This festive platter features various bite sized "Hosomaki" and "Chuukanmaki" sushi rolls with high grade fillings including Bluefin Tuna, Salmon and "Jabara" cucumber. A tray of high grade Uni (Sea Urchin) is strategically placed in the center making it easy for you and your guests to doll the Uni onto the rolls and enjoy as a delicious combination.

Perfect for sharing, this platter serves approximately 5-6 adults and pairs well with larger group meals, especially when complemented by other dishes like Miso Soup or stir-fried vegetables.

The platter comes in one of our disposable sushi boxes. However, if you would like it presented on one of our wooden Ezo Seafoods display platters (please note that the platter will need to be returned the following day)
