A 200 g pack of our signature sushi rice — ideal for making temaki-zushi (DIY hand-roll sushi), or for kids who love enjoying ikura and uni simply over rice.

Our sushi rice is prepared in the traditional Edomae style, using a blend of two classic red vinegars (akazu), which give the rice its deep, balanced, and distinctive flavour.
