Hokkaido Hairy Crab

Hairy Crab is a delicate and fragrant crab meat, with a savory ‘Kani miso’ loved by crab connoisseurs. It is caught mainly on the Pacific coastline of Hokkaido, especially around Hidaka. 

We cook and cut the legs for easy consumption and serve with a ponzu dipping sauce.

The crab is good for two or three people to share, along with other dishes.
