We used these dishes in our restaurant to serve sashimi combinations. They are hand-fired and showcase a classic Japanese petal motif with a vibrant green enamel underglaze. Molded and carefully hand-fired in the kilns of Arita, Kyushu, these unique pieces are becoming increasingly rare as this style of pottery sees less use.
