This Chirashizushi box features luxurious Hokkaido seafood favorites, including IKURA (salmon roe), UNI (sea urchin), and SNOW CRAB (Zuwai kani), all beautifully arranged on a bed of NORI seaweed, cucumber, and our signature “Akazu” vinegared rice.

This platter serves approximately 2 adults, or is good as part of a tasting programme for a larger group and pairs well other dishes like Miso Soup or stir-fried vegetables.
