GRADE 2 BAFUN UNI (100gms)

Northern Islands Uni is considered Hokkaido Uni in all except name. It is harvested in the oceans around the 'Northern Islands' by Russian fishermen and processed by Japanese. It is generally a smaller size compared to Hokkaido Uni (approx 100gms), and is additive free.
