Our signature Sushi collection includes fresh Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, Snow Crab, Scallop, Flounder (or other white fish), Norimaki rolls, plus sweet soy Shiitake mushroom. (total 33 pieces). 

Our sushi is crafted using two types of traditional Red Vinegar (“Akazu”), which impart a deep, distinctive flavor to the rice.

Wasabi is included. If you prefer your order without wasabi, simply leave a note in the Order Instructions.
