GRADE 1 HOKKAIDO BAFUN 150gms

GRADE 1 Hokkaido Uni is sourced from the Shiretoko (RAOSU, HANASAKI, NEMURO) coastline during winter. One tray is approximately 150 gms and is graded by color, size of the roe and taste. It has a delicate fluffy texture with a rich pungent flavor that envelops the mouth with flavor. 

NB: Please note Uni is subject to market availability. In case no GRADE 1 uni is available on the day a refund will be issued; or GRADE 2 will be offered at a the market price (please advise in your order which is preferable)
