Snowy Dream Winter Cake by Layer

Made locally by Layer Niseko. This cake comes in 18cm or 21cm size. 

 This exquisite cake features layers of raspberry and red currant jelly, almond sponge, and raspberry chocolate mousse, all enveloped in a luxurious Hokkaido white chocolate mousse. The velvety smooth texture perfectly balances the tangy berries, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. With its elegant appearance, it is reminiscent of Niseko's pristine powder snow.
