Sake

This season we are pleased to stock a premium "JunmaiDaiginjo" from the KAMIKAWA TAISETSU Brewery in Hokkaido. The fragrant aroma is sensual and exciting and represents the highest level of refined sake. It is served in JAL's first class cabin.

For those who prefer a warm sake, and who doesn't, Taisetu's "Yamahai" is for you.

Interestingly, the brewer at Kamikawa Taisetsu drew inspiration to enter the world of Sake Brewing after drinking a sake called "KIKUHIME," which we also stock.
